The Current State of Zero-Day Vulnerability Trends in Late 2025 As we navigate late 2025 and head into mid-2026, the zero-day vulnerability landscape continues its relentless evolution, and frankly, it's a hell of a ride. What’s shifted significantly in the past year or so isn’t just the volume, but the sophistication of discovery and weaponization, coupled with a market that’s more liquid and lucrative than ever. We're seeing a notable uptick in exploit chains targeting cloud-native environments and supply chain dependencies, moving beyond traditional perimeter vulnerabilities.
